Actually, we wanted to sell the house but my wife suggested that we may need the house later so we decide to stop the property management company from selling it but to rent it out for us. Fortunately we later found out that they were trying to use our absence as a medium of making money for themselves by asking for more than what we asked them to take for the rent, so we decided to stop them totally and that's why i am doing this on my own.
Little about my Family.We are kind and honest people,we don't like disappointing people and we don't want anyone to disappoint us. My daughter is a Political Science student at Putra University of Malaysia. She helps her mother in doing some home work during their vacation period. My wife is a very good woman who understands easily and we are a christian Family.we are members of Baptist Church We believe in the restoration of Christ.
What really happened is this, we are not giving the home out for rent just because of money but because of our recent work to Malaysia.So we want you to keep our house clean always.We want you to treat it as yours when you move in, I hope this is very clear to you?.
As it is now, we are not around to show the house from the inside and there is no way you can see the house from the inside because we are with the keys here.we will get the keys shipped to you via FEDEX Courier Service as soon as you are ready to move in.

The Rent is $900 and the Security deposit of $900 which includes the utilities such as Electricity and the internet Only. Pets are allowed.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
