The house is very much available for rent, It was formally occupied by me and my family before we left for Nigeria for a pastoral duty with the Peace Corps, we left for a volunteer mission together with other missionaries for a development program with the aim of developing the people of West Africa physically and spiritually as God as directed us. We wanted to sale the house initially but we later changed our mind after we discovered that we wouldn't be spending more than 4 years here in Africa.
Today's Peace Corps is more vital than ever, working in emerging and essential areas such as information technology and business development, and contributing to the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief. Peace Corps Volunteers continue to help countless individuals who want to build a better life for themselves, their children, and their communities, In 1961, President John F. Kennedy established the Peace Corps to promote world peace and friendship.
The Peace Corps' mission has three simple goals:
Helping the people of interested countries in meeting their need for trained men and women.
Helping promote a better understanding of Americans on the part of the peoples served.
Helping promote a better understanding of other peoples on the part of Americans.
The best gift I ever got was being selected as a Peace Corps Volunteer, and I want to make sure people have that opportunity,the end of the cold war was celebrated in many circles to have effectively removed ideological barriers. However, that celebration was short - lived as the last three decades have witnessed a dramatic increase in the number of civil strife, violent conflicts around the world. Nigeria, for example, was not left out of this confusion having witnessed a good number of ethno- religious and intra- state conflicts. More so, the prolonged years of military rule, the civil war and the proliferation of small arms, have made our youths susceptible to the culture of violence, thuggery and banditry.We will be away for 5 years or more and this is why we are actually renting out our house,so if you are interested and will take good care of our house then we will be ready to accept you as our future tenant and family friend.. If you really impress me by taking good care of our house then you will be allowed to stay as long as you wish.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
