It is lovely and nice to read from you regarding my advertisement. i am delighted to let you know that my apartment is still very much Vacant.It is available for long and short term period.For now,no one is occupying my apartment and it will be very nice renting it to you. Little introduction about myself.I am Florence john whom originated from UK.Actually i inherited the apartment from my parent whom died in a motor accident last year.My mum is from belgium while my Dad is an English man.I was brought up in UK,so i earn my living here in the UK.I am willing to come over to view you my apartment or reserve you my apartment after i have confirm your deposit payment which is payable after we have sign the rental agreement form.The Rental Agreement document will be sent to you via email once i have your details for the contract.Please,i want you to bear with me and understand me if truly you love my apartment and want to rent it.I am requesting for an upfront payment prior my arrival due to the previous experiences i had in the past by coming over to meet tenants whom turn out to be time wasters,some are not financially buoyant.They just tell me to reserve them my apartment which i will have hope on them and in the long run,i will not hear from them again.

You will be confirming all these after my coming over to handover you the keys.But please before asking me any question,i will love to get an answer to the following questions.
1. Do you have ultimate interest in my apartment from the pictures sent.(YES/NO)
2.Do you accept to rent my apartment under the price quoted above.(YES/NO)
3.Do you accept to sign the Rental Agreement documents before your physical viewing of my apartment. (YES/NO) Since i have sent you the real pictures of my apartment,if after my coming over to view you my apartment from the inside and there is differences in it with the pictures i sent to you,it will be clearly written in the Rental Agreement documents that you can request for the refund of your deposit payment back.
4. Do you Accept to pay the deposit payment after signing the contract documents before my arrival to view you my apartment physically.(YES/NO).After confirming your deposit payment which Shows your seriousness towards renting my Apartment,i will then book an appointment for the viewing with you. Meanwhile,the deposit payment to be transferred is 900euro and it is refundable at the termination of the contract.It is also refundable if after viewing you my apartment,and what you see in the picture i send to you is different from what you see in the apartment .It will be written in the contract that it will be refunded back to you without holding any part of it back.I only needed to confirm it prior my arrival as an assurance that you are really committed to renting my apartment.
5. Do you have any friend,or relatives in the UK.

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent (for a property that he does not own) due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer either to him, his lawyer, your friend or a family member.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
