Hello,
How you doing today hope you fine?Am happy you interested in renting my room
which is well furnished for your stay in Paris.My apartment, it is well
furnished and comfortable it has a TV connected to a cable,a double bed for two
people conveniently,wardrobe,private toilet and bathroom,parking space,washer
and drier,air-conditioned,my kitchen is fully equipped also and i have
microwave,gas cooker,dishwasher,clothes washer and so many for your cooking
needs.It also has internet facilities for your computing purpose.
The price is 400Euro Including utilities, utilities which includes water,gas
refill,electricity bill,laundry,parking space and internet charges as well and
there are lots more which are not included amounts is 50euro including council
tax as well So the total to pay monthly is 400Euro ,and also a security deposit
of 600euro has to be paid by you which will serve as a guarantee of safety to my
room either in my presence or absence,which is refundable at the end of your
stay in the room if nothing is destroyed either by you or any of your guest who
might come to visit.
my apartment is located in the central of Paris.....30 Rue Bonaparte,
Paris,France,75006..it is very close to bus stations and you do not need to
worry,Like you know its located in the central heart of Paris,close to the
central market and bakeries....I just moved in to the apartment and its a two
bed room apartment so you and i only will be staying in the room that's if you
interested in renting from me, am a very busy person always busy with my work
and i also feel lonely in my apartment so that why i want to rent out the other
room.
So please get back to me if you interested in renting my room and hope you like

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
How are you doing today hope you are fine? well am happy you have read the contract agreement, well to explain better to you about your questions, when you make the payment of 1000Euros which is for both the security deposit and also the first month rent in my apartment which is 400Euros, Once my lawyer receives the payment information and also confirms that you made the payment, i will the sign the contract along with my lawyer followed by the court stamp which shows that you have legally rented a room in my apartment, then the contract followed by the receipt of payment will now be sent to your delivery address which you will also sign and also bring it along with you when you are coming to my apartment....
Well about the rent you will only be paying 400Euros at every 17th of each month till your stay is over in my apartment so get it clear, which for the end of your stay which is January you pay 200Euros... so all is clear about that...
You will be making payment to My lawyer through Western Union or Money Gram in her name with the informations below..
