I'm happy to hear from you in response to the AD on site. I still have this place for rent although have not lived there since i bought the home due to my work project , it has never being rented out to someone & this would be my first time to rent out my home on-line, if you have come across this beautiful place and you eventually sent me an email you are renting a place you will never regret because most tenants do not want owner to live with them due to some reasons,am away & i won't be available to live with you everything is for private use,nothing is shared.
Am a surveyor , i get transfer to other countries to find out the "Migration and Remittances Household Surveys" world wide, i got transferred here in Africa, its one of the reason why am renting out this place , i figured its going to take some time before i come back in town, am renting for both long & Short term 3 months Minimum.
Are you aware price / month is inclusive? i left everything in the apartment which you can see in the pictures from the AD, I need someone with an open heart,love and clean to put all my worries off concerning maintenance since i won't be there ,the home is located in a very nice area & quiet neighborhood on Dufferin St, Toronto in a newly renovated building.
I have here the keys/documents to property are here with me , i took them along hoping i will be here for few months, then i realize it'll take me more than what i expected , property features Ceramic Tile Flooring,Custom Kitchen Cabinetry, Stainless Steel Appliances,Chocolate Parquet Flooring, Spacious Balcony,Controlled Entry,Sparkling Outdoor Swimming Pool,Laundry,Parking,Storage Lockers,water Air Conditioning ,Dishwasher, Fireplace, Garage, Washer & Dryer, heat laundry facilities,air condition,internet, telephone access, car park comes with trash collection,pets are allowed.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
