Please i want you to note that, we are kind and honest family and also i spent a lot on this property that we want to give you for rent, so i will solicit for your absolute maintenance of my apartment, hope you understand? This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

I'm Mrs Veronica, wife of Rev Regald owner of the 1 Bedroom Apartment that wants to be rented out at : 949 Locust Street, Fall River, MA 02720, The apartment is a private unit, not shared.. it is situated in good location and you can easily walk/drive by the apartment surrounding and take a look at the exterior anytime, the rental rates is $420 / Per Month which includes all utilities bills such as the Electricity, water, heating, internet, disposal bills, etc. ok, Pets Allowed, and smoking only outside. we are looking for a responsible person that can take very good care of the apartment..My husband in respect who owned the apartment and i want you to know that it was due to my husband Job Transfer that made us to leave the apartment, we want you to take very good care of it. I just wanted to say thank you to Con Warner for posting this email about these people. I recently was in contact with the so-called Rev. Regald and his wife Veronica about a one bedroom apartment. Something told me to keep researching the apartment and looking looking them up and then I came across this website and your post. I thank God that you posted this on here. Thank you very much ^_^
