Hi *,

Thanks you very much for your reply, i can also see your willingness in my property. I want you to know that I'm satisfied with your profile and also believe l can trust you because l will not like to experience what l experienced from my last tenant again, l showed your profile to my wife and daughter, they said they are OK with it.l want you to know that we can let you stay in my apartment till the period of time you wish to. i want you to know the utilities fee are included in the rent fee, and so you can use them anytime but make sure you take proper care of my properties and also the security system is perfect. We will come and pay you a visit after you have moved into my apartment to see how you are maintaining it, regarding the paper works they will be sent to your prsent address, with the keys. after you must have made the first month rent and security deposit, and if you dont like the interior of the apartment, your money will be refunded back to you. I will be receiving the first month rent and security deposit($1400) from you via Western Union. I wish you best of luck in your work, from your profile l can see that you are responsible and a hard working person may the almighty Lord lead you in what ever you wish to do.Please once again, i want to trust you and i hope you do not disappoint us and i promise you that, you will love the apartment and not only that, and also a good relationship between us. The following documents are here with us as i couldn't find anyone whom i could trust to drop them with for this purpose. But never mind, the DHL service will do for that me.In doing this, you will need to make a first month and security deposit payment which is refundable (should in case you don't like the apartment) to enable the shipment of the Keys and document to your current address that i have here in the rental form, after which you could move in at your convenience. i have the lease aggrement letter sent to you in my next mail so you can go through it and sign. The rent starts counting when you move in and after 24 hours of moving in, Here are the contents of the document that needs to be sent.

1) Entrance and the rooms Keys
2) Paper/Permanent apartment form(Containing your reference details)
3) The apartment documented file.
4) Payment Receipt.
5) Full address and description of the apartment.

As soon as the rent fee and security deposit is been confirmed by me, l will go ahead and commence on how the apartment Keys / Documents will be delivered to you and i will ensure that i book for the 24 hours DHL delivery service as to enable you receive it on time and as scheduled. Let me hear back from you as soon as possible so that l can arrange for the delivery.Get back to me if you will need me to send you the information which you will use to make the Payment. This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
