Thank you for contacting me and having interest in renting my Studio available for rent. However, I want you to know that i listed out my Studio immediately i got confirmation about my pending Community Appointment in London which means i will be leaving Paris tonight. So, i seek for someone honest, neat and ready to move in as soon as possible.
I belief you really need to be aware of this before telling you more about myself & my Studio as well as getting some pictures of my studio scanned and send to you so, you can have an idea of what my studio looks like. Kindly get back to me if you are really interested, your present location and tell me more about yourself ?

Thanks for your email and am so glad to read back from you. However, i am really sorry we could not meet before my departure. I will like to know your present location and how soon you intend to move into my flat? Then, we can propose on agreement as i believe you can possibly take very good care of my studio while am away.

I used to live here with my Family until the sudden death of my Dad which took my Mom out of France to manage his buisness over in the UK. My studio is a Single bedroom apartment and as I have the whole space now available for rent. Located in central Paris with the following amenities:

Recently renovated studio on the 3rd floor with lift, modern and well equipped. Centrally located near the metro with lots of cafes, restaurants, bakers, street market, super market et.c. You can walk to montmartre with the sacre coeur and the panoramic view over Paris by underground you can go direct to Concorde and walk to le louvres, les chapms elysees etc...
My studio can sleep upto 4person (Visitors), In the bedroom: A queen bed, wardrobe, lamps tables blinds.
The lounge has a sofa bed (double ) wardrobe, lamps, coffe table, TV, ADSL (free tel and free internet), hi-fi DVD.
Independent kitchen (Oven hob, fridge-freezer, dish washer, toaster, kettle, pots and pans crockery....
Bathroom bath with shower, sink, hair dryer

Washing machine, dryer, central heating
Special restriction:
NO SMOKING please.
Rent Charge (without additional charges):
Monthly Fee: 600€ - it's includes all utility bills.
Security Deposit: 400€ - refunded when checking out of the flat without damages/lost property.

A Journalist by profession and currently on Community Appointment to represent my Community as a Volunteer Worker to the World Health Organization (WHO) for the Duration of 10Months. Good to read back from you too and I'm really convenience you will take proper care of my flat while am away. Again, I can assure you that everything with me is legitimate and you have nothing to worry about so, don't feel skeptical about me. I really hope you do understand my present situation and that's why everything has to be this way.
You have already seen pictures of my Studio to know everything is in Good conditions including my Furniture as well as agreeing with me mailing you my keys so, you can move-in as soon as you're ready. I have been talking to my lawyer here as i have confirm you as my new tenant. We both need to sign the Contract to sealed up this before you have the keys to my flat. He can get the Contract ready once i have your information needed.
I shall await the details below Today so, i can get them sent to my lawyer and he can start working on the Contact.

N:B.. I just confirm the Keys can get to you latest by Tuesday if i can mail it out on Monday via the Express mail Delivery service here in London. What do you think?
The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
