We reach out to high-risk, low-income, substance-abusing, pregnant and parenting women, men, and their families and we also work with service provider partners to connect women and families to resources including health care, housing, nutrition, mental health services, educational support, skills building, substance abuse support and employment. We have inspiring stories from at-risk families who have had healthy babies and are moving out of the cycle of poverty – (thanks, to HBP) project. I am looking for a responsible and reliable tenant for my apartment. I am not after the money for the rent but if you can promise to be the right tenant to take good care of my home like it's your own then i will send you the keys and documents via Fed Ex courier services as soon as all terms are settled.

My 1 bedroom apartment rent is $600 monthly including utilities and it features: Breakfast nook, Refrigerator, Stove/Oven,garage, Balcony, Deck,or Patio, Air conditioning, Walk-in closet, Hardwood floor, Tile floor, Living room, Cable-ready, High-speed internet ,Garage parking. Washer/Dryer. We are presently in Lagos city in West Africa Nigeria with the keys and documents to the apartment because we could not locate an agent to take charge due to a short time of notice on our (HBP) project and also we don't want any abuse of our home for any illegalities or to be destroyed at our absence. Thank you for your response the content is well understood and the

The house is located at Via Viale Gorizia 15, Rome 00198, Italy


The room is a good size 11x14 aitch a big walk in closet. It is a four
bedroom duplex but only 2 rooms is available for rent. The condo has
been recently renovated (new kitchen, bathrooms, trim and paint) it
feels very new and very clean.
I have all the amenities you could possibly want, Gym, in unit W/d,
D/W, all new stainless steel appliances, Internet in every room as
well as wireless, 32" plasma in the family room, etc.


I am a 28yrs,I am doing my masters and working here and the house belongs to my parents
who are currently in the UNITED KINGDOM.
The rent again per month is Euros 350, which includes all utilities to
be paid just once which covers the whole of utilities for the duration
of your stay and a security deposit of Euros 300, which is refundable at
the end of your stay in the room.


The purpose of this money is in case of damages (either by you or any
of your guests). Your money will be refunded in full to you at the end
of your stay in the room if there is no damage to the room or the
fittings.


The transport system is quiet very good as it is located in the heart
of ROME ITALY and its very close to the train station which makes it
just few minutes to get to the city central and all is just located
within a few minutes walk from the house. The house is also close to
the main shopping malls, groceries, and market and jewelry store all
for you to purchase your basic needs.


Your quickest response shall be highly appreciated to determine your
interest as a flat mate, because there's some other potential renter's
interested in my flat but i am considering you based on priority and
