Thanks for showing interest in my apartment. Details of my apartment is as follows:
Location: Rue Saint-Léger 20, 1204 Genève, Switzerland.
Size: about 95sqm and 1.2km distance to its metro station.
cost: 550CHF per month including all the bills plus 500CHF security deposit which is refundable while parking out without any lost or damage of my property.In total, all bills included 1050CHF
Availability: Its available for both long and short terms
It is a fully furnished 1 Bedroom + 1 Living room + 1 equipped Kitchen with lots of facilities such as: Wireless internet facilities, Phone, TV,Microwave, Dish washer,washing machine, Dryer, Refrigerator etc Parking space in the building. The utility room and the bills is included in the rent amount and also you will be using all the facility alone without sharing with anybody only if you have visitors or friends.
Meanwhile, there is a crucial need for me to tell you that at the moment, I am not available in town(Geneva). I am currently residing in UK and this is more so \i need to rent out my apartment. I am suggesting that you can go have a look at the building as well as its environment. Please, it must be noted that you shall no have access to the place as I have my set of keys with me here. Please, bear with me for any kind of inconveniences this may cause.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
