I just read your inquiry sent to me from GUMTREE and yes, the Flat is still vacant and you can view.

A bit about me: I am 28years old, female professional. I have just moved to Leicester to work with a Media outfit as a Radio Presenter. I have a 24 months renewable contract so i'd be away for close to 3 years.

Could you please tell me a bit about yourself and where you are presently located?

My Flat is Located on BERNARD STREET, LONDON, WC1N 1LG Walking distance from RUSSELL SQUARE.

The Monthly rent is 900pcm per month and it include all Bills. A Refundable deposit of 450pcm which will deposited with Tenant Security Deposit Ltd {TSDL}, will be received along with the Rent before Moving in.

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent (for a property that he does not own) due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer either to him, his lawyer, your friend or a family member.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

My Flat is Located at Pembridge Villas, Notting Hill, London, W11 2SU and Few minutes from Notting Hill Gate.

Proof of ownership will be available at the viewing if you like to see.
