Hello,

Like I have inform you before, the rent price you shall pay on the first month of rent will be 300 EUR + 300 security deposit ( 600 euro ), with no extra taxes to pay. I must have one month rent + security deposit from you. The money, I want to recive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money to my bank account ( my back account is on United Kingdom but the taxes to send the money to my bank account I will refund you ). The apartment is ready for you, you will need only to receive the keys and the contract to check it, and see if you like it. Obviously, we need a way to finalize the deal, which will allow us to make sure we get what must be received. I found a way for us to finalize the agreement in a safe and fast, and in this way, you get the keys in less than two days, if you move fast as well. The solution is provided by a rental company called Halstead Home Rental Company that will handle both payment and delivery of keys. Click on the link bellow to the Halstead Home Rental Company website to see how we can complete the deal safely and fast, directly from the website of the company where the procedure is explained:

Let me know if you are interested please because I really need to take care of this matter.

Thanks and have a good day

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
