Thank you so much for the information provide. Everything is okay and am pleased with it.I can see your willingness in this rent !!! So as I shall be giving you my apartment, please again take care of the apartment so that I would be glad when I come back.
As I have ealier told you,the money involved is not the problem,but I only need my apartment to be kept clean always until I will be back... As a Man Of it word,I always have this human feelings so I will not do anything to stress or be difficult to my fellow human
1. I will send you the Tenament contract agreement which you need to read and understand and after which will then be signed to guarantee you that the room has been reserve for you.
2.The deposit and the said month payment rent has to be paid to me through Money Gram Transfer in London.
It takes 12hrs for the contract to be fully prepared by my family solicitor and to prepare the tenament contract,i shall need the following details:
a. Your full name, move in and out date with your current home address where the original copies of the contract and receipt of confirmation will be sent to which you shall bring while moving in.
b. A scanned copy of your passport is needed for verifications as i shall send mine to you too upon request.
Let me know if this is okay by you because i have been deceived by unseriuos people on this room issue and that is why my attorney advised me to request for the deposit and first month rent before concluding agreement with anybody.
The signed agreement form will be send to you first through attached mail for you to read and understand the terms and conditions applied,after which you will proceed with the payment,i'll now send you the original copies and other rental papers together with the reciept of payment through a registered courier(DHL,FEDEX or UPS) to your address for you to sign and bring along with you when moving in.
NB:It takes 2 working days for the original copies of the contract and receipt of payment be delivered to your house address given after payment confirmation by my me.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
