This unit is available as long as you want it.unfurnished 2bed/1bath apartment ,The apartment is strategically located in a very cool and lovely environment with many appliances including dish washer with in-suite laundry room and plenty of storage space and parking space . Professional and mature neighbors ensure peaceful living arrangements. The rent is $450 per month including utilities and $400 for security deposit, also refundable at the end of your stay in my apartment...I will like you to drive by to the building today to view the exterior of the building for you to know where the apartment is located and get back to me so that I can forward you the full interior pictures for you to have an idea on how beautiful and spacious the inside looks and we can proceed to the next step which is the application process..

You sound skeptic from your email and that's very wrong,if you are thinking that I just want to take your money for nothing then that's very wrong and sounds so absurd When I know how people work hard to earn their money.I will never think of taking some kinda advantage over you and please take that out of your mind that is an awful thing to think about. Please understand me better.It seems you don't even trust your self,because you have to trust yourself to trust another person.I was not trying to lure you into this, everything about me and this transaction are 100% real and OK, i will like you to know one thing i am a Man of God and i so much believe in him and his words and i wouldn't do such a thing when i have blood running through my vein.
You know that is not easy to trust people this days but i are trusting you due to the fact that you are a good tenant.One thing i know is that in the world today.There is bad, good and the ugly.Among bad people there are still good ones that can be trusted so i decided not to look that than to trust you.We are indeed good Religious.So i want to trust you.I know that God will surely see us through.
NOTE THAT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE IN CASE YOU DON'T LIKE THE HOUSE.BUT I ASSURE YOU THAT YOU WILL LOVE IT SO MUCH.

I called him on the scam and reported it to craigslist. I see here that the same information has been used for ads in canada and England and other US cities
