amenities: A lovely home in centre of town, close to everything.The
room is very bright with wood flooring and has a double bed fitted with
an orthopedic matress. There is a desk and chair and wardrobe.
The room is large measuring 11'6" x 9"1" (3. 51m x 2. 77m). Full double glazing ensures the house is both warm and
quiet. There is full central heating which is all paid for you so you will be very warm.

The
kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, washing machine, fridge, freezer,
microwave and dishwasher.There is a bathroom with shower and toilet and
handbasin. There is also another tollet room with handbasin. Both these
rooms have external windows.

The rent includes ALL bills -
council tax, water, electricity, full central heating and broadband
internet. The contract is very flexible with only one month's notice.

Location: 0-5 minutes walk to Holborn station.

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent (for a property that he does not own) due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer either to him, his lawyer, your friend or a family member.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
