I think i should briefly tell you about who i really am and a little about the room in question
To start with, it is necessary to know something about me which is more important in any rental ( knowing something about someone your landlord).

About me
My name is Filippas Anastasia in my 29 years's.I am female. I have been working and studying since my early 20's. . I earned my first degree engineering in Canadaa.

I am a construction enginer .I like keeping things clean and organized. I enjoy a good conversation, playing badminton, playing video games and working out in my spare time! ,Im a very sociable person who doesn't smoke, take illegal drugs and do not take drink. Dogs and cats like me if they're human friendly! I usually sleep moderately early (10-11PM) I'm open to living with both male and female.

I have my own computer - a desk top you can use.

PURPOSE OF RENTING OUT
i left the state three weeks ago for construction work in London(England) and couldn't find a reputable agent i could hand over the apartment to handle.therefore,i decided to rent the second room at affordable rate but with the motive of someone to manage it well while am away because it is one of the valuable my late father left behind.

My Choice of tenant:
A responsible roommate,clean might not be super clean but must be moderately clean,must be respectful.

Dishwasher, Dryer, Electric Stove, Freezer/Deep Freeze, Fridge,Microwave, Washer, Washer/Dryer Hookups, Water/Sewer,Security Alarm/Door,Free Internet,fireplace (wood burning)Hardwood Storage Area/Room,Walk-In Closets

If you are interested in my apartment,you can tell me more about you like..Your name,phone number,reason for moving in,occupation,how long do you wish to stay in my apartment,how many month will you like to pay upfront and many more.

The apartment is available for month,6 month and 1 year as well.depending on basis you wish to rent

  My name is Errol Ryan am in my 20's.I am male. I just got an admission in the University of London. .Am of two Nationalism, Canadian and American..My mother 

is from canada and father from USA....After the death of my father my mother left for Canadada with siblings to manage the one of the asset of my father.

 i left the  state three weeks ago for studying in London(England) and I had a Realtor company help me look for good tenant but they were handling things too professionally and they are extorting  the tenants so i took the job off their possessions and tried doing this my self but couldn’t find any as a matter of urgency. More so I don’t want my home misused in my absence that is why I took the keys and documents along with me. So I hope you will promise me to take very good care of the apartment always.

0h!I almost forget to introduce my self..Am Errol ryan,in my 20's.I'm the only child of my parent .I used to stay in the flat not until i left for London for a construction job (I'm a construction engineer).Have been staying alone in the apartment for two years after my father and mom passed..This apartment is one of the valuable asset my late father left behind and that is why i am handling this and taking adequate measures to make sure i did admit a responsible person as a tenant while am in London(England).i could have handover this to an agent but had bad experience doing that so i decided to handle this my self while am london. .I was occupying one of the two bedrooms,so i am renting one out while the second room will be locked should in case i come down for inspection ...I am with the keys here in London England and will have to send it to you as soon as we finalize the rental procedure


I will like to know how many month you wish to stay in my apartment and also how many month you wish to pay upfront.Also,i will be appreciate you telling me more about your self to know who am giving out my room so that we can move forward on the lease agreement contract and sending of keys
