This is a typical rental scammer. He has no apartment for rent. He has placed the ads for the sole purpose of stealing the money of innocent people. While it seems safe to transfer money to yourself, or to a friend or a partner, with the information you provide, the scammer will be able to pick up the money himself, which is exactly what he intends to do.

At least 1 Months rent and security deposit which is 300GBP(all bills included) or a deposit of 600GBP which is refundable after your first week stay in my flat, would be required from you to transfer through Western Union post office and the only way i can help you is for you to make a deposit. You can make the transfer with your close relation's or friend's name as a sender and your name as a receiver to your destined address in the UK,
Once you have done this, you can scan the receipt to me, and if you do not have scanner, you may write out the details on the receipt as i will send it to my lawyer to verify on the online website, after verification, then we proceed for reservation/viewing and if our flat is okay for you when you arrive, then you will go and pickup the money back and pay for the rent and also, i will refund back to you the cost of transfer and don't forget all this are to confirm your financial ability and afterwards the viewing will commence immediately.

2.Pick up the form of transfer and fill in the details which needs to be filled and return back to the post master.Details needed on the form are {sender name;your friend or relative and address.}{receiver name and address which is your name to any address in UK}
3. Return back to the post master with the cash you are transferring to your partner or friend and wait for the receipt to be returned back to you.
4. Scan the receipt to me so i can check it if its truly genuine and available in your friend's custody.
5. After it has been confirmed on the website,then we can proceed for the viewing and you can as well tell your friend or partner to pick up the money.
