The apartment is a fully furnished two bedroom apartment, the apartment is actually vacant now and i am looking to rent it out as soon as possible, you can rent from immediately or reserve for a later dates. It is a two bedroom with a living/sitting room, kitchen and separate bath/toilet for each rooms.
I will like to let you know that you can rent my apartment for either a short or long time, in fact you can rent for as long as you want as i am currently in the UK and as i just signed a new contract with the company where i work for here you can definitely rent it for a long time as long as you want to stay, you can rent up to at least 2-3 years at first as my new contract lasts almost 4 years which i might even extend again later and also you can rent for just few Months if you want a short term rental. It cost 600 Eur per Month which includes the utilities/bill and the deposit is 1000 Eur which will be refunded back to you at the end of your stay.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge,Heater,cooker,stove, cupboard, table and chair and so on. The sitting room is furnished with a couch, complete modern electronic set etc and it is beautifully furnished
Each room is furnished with TV,CD,internet,chairs,wardrobe,reading table, bed, bedsheets, pillow and
pillow cases, cloth hanger etc.
The apartment is situated at via reggimento savoia cavalleria milano.
I am simply looking for a good tenant that will take my flat like its his/her own while i am away as i will be away through out your stay just like i said i am currently in UK and i will remain here for years and i am working here.
If you are interested, get back to me so that we can proceed with the rent or reservation asap.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
