Thank you for looking at my ad and also showing interest.
The apartment is still very much available for rent and I am sure you want to have more information
pertaining to my apartment.
Below here are Information and details I feel you will like to know and if any other questions, please ask right away:
The apartment cost 450 euros per month including all bills such as: water, electricity, gas, internet, phone, heating.The internet is very fast and reliable.
Also, there is parking space for car and even bicycle also in a very safe and friendly environment.
There will be another payment of 600 euros for security deposit payment which is of course refundable when the rent period expires
provided there are no loss or damages of my property.
The apartment is located at Königinstrasse 65 80539 MünchenThe apartment is spacious, the environment is very perfect with easy access to restaurant, supermarkets,and more.It's location is simply an epitome of your desired environment in renting a place in a nice location and it is not isolated.

I will be willing to rent my apartment only if you can assure me you can take very good care of my apartment for me in my absence.
My apartment is available and ready to move in.Also, the apartment is available for both long term or short term, because I am presently am in the UK working which is the exact reason why I am renting out my apartment.Also, the furniture remains in the apartment except of course you want to bring yours.
You can go over to my apartment address and see it but you wont gain full entrance into the apartment because its locked and am here
with the keys.That is the reason I tried taking extra time in taking picture of the apartment from different angles so you can have an idea of how the inside looks like.
Normally, I make use of an agent or friends but due to the way they cheat on my tenants that's the reason why i normally travel with my keys......
I own the apartment to my self and You will notice the price is very affordable and this is due to the fact that I do not make use agents, I
got tired of their dishonesty and charges which I believe they are unfavorable in some situations.
I work as an engineer and am married with children and i love making friends with intelligent people.

I see this is about trust now...
I will never do anything to jeopardize my life and family.
I am trusting you to take care of my apartment of thousands of euro and you are wary of a few euro...no offense please,I perfectly understand your feelings,I will tell you mine.
I have made use of friends and agents in the past,trusting my apartment with them,you have no idea what they do.....After I conclude my arrangement with a tenant and he/she moves in,they stay for few days living and enjoying it alone..and suddenly without my consent,my friend i trusted or agent after receiving whatever percentage they want,they go ahead behind me to rent this same apartment to another Tenant and telling them both its an apartment for sharing,I have traveled down twice to resolve this same issue,imagine how ugly that is?...............
the past 2 years I have been renting my apartment out on short and long term alone by myself without any friend or agent..I have had disappointment but I have been more successful now that I know how to go about it.
I have traveled down from Turkey once to show my apartment to a tenant and even after she confirms the same pictures I sent to her and everything in the apartment in good condition,she turned down my offer the next day just because her Boyfriend changed his mind about coming.........imagine how wasteful that is for me?
If you like what you see in the pictures which I took before traveling to UK,then go for this apartment.
Oh and yes I have successfully rented this apartment out this way thrice to be precise.
I believe in trust and commitment,maybe its my person but when you get to know me and hopefully we can meet after you rent my apartment,after which the pressure on my job subsides a bit..you will get to understand my person.
Payment will be made via my bank transfer, I have an account here in the UK and I own the apartment to myself.I will be sending you my international passport along with the contract...I dont see any reason why I would want to risk all these vital information because of your money...please respect my integrity...I own the apartment and when I send you the keys you will receive it and move in.
I hope you can understand this and we can move on because I feel comfortable doing this with you and if not, just let me know.
