Ever since the transaction has been processed, not a email confirmation and no answer on the phone.
Lesson learned. Sad thing to happen. Should have listen to myself which said too good to be true of a deal

Thanks very much for contacting me, the apartment is situated in The
Apartment is located on Jermyn Street, London, 54 Jermyn St
Westminster, London SW1Y 6, UK. and its definitely available for your
desired (Nov. 12 to Nov 23 2012)period which is 11 nights a week plus
4 nights and the rent for your stay is £430 (@£40 night/ £270 per
week. To make a reservation, 50% of the rental fee will be required
(£215) plus a fixed refundable damage deposit of £200, so all you need
pay to secure the Apartment is £415.

On your departure date, your Security deposit of £200 will be fully
refunded to you personally by me and the remainder 50% of your fee
will be paid on your arrival.... I will like to know where exactly
you'll be coming from and how soon will you like to book the
Apartment? I have also attached more pictures of the apartment with
this message, let me know about your interest on time.

Apartment is approximately 1000 sq. ft # 1 Bathroom,# Bathroom 1 -
Toilet, Combination Tub/Shower,# The bathroom has a full bath with
shower, washbasin, WC.* 1 bedrooms, sleeps maximum of 5 people *
Bedroom 1 - 1 King Sleeping Area - 1 King* living area In the lounge
there is 1 sleeper sofa, glass-top coffee table, lounge chairs,
audiovisual units, floor lamp. Its dining suite has a table with
seating for 6. bed- and bathroom, Plasma TV`s and telephones. kitchen
Apart from providing a complete set of kitchenware, the kitchen is
also fully equipped with: Gas cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator,
freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker, blender. besides
This apartment also includes: Central heating, intercom, double
glazing, washing machine and dryer, ironing equipment, hairdryer, bed

Apartment is fully furnished with full bath and kitchen ,Nearest

or the West End for nightlife. Its mansions and big city feel continue

That' s true we are on our
vacation in Paris. I founded the unit listed on Craigslist. He was
friendly,helpful, and accommodating, the apartment is lovely there is
no problem. After, we make the payment via western union everything
went fine and after we are leaving the apartment deposit were refunded
in cash. I I feel happy being used as a reference by Mr Jones Cole,
am also feel better to be
recommended as good user of the apartment. If you haven't yet
experienced yet staying in a private apartment when traveling, it's
time you do it. In my next trip i love to rent again and again. lol I
