The old building is located in Mitte at the border to Prenzlauer Berg, in the lively area between Kastanienallee and Brunnenstraße, very popular for its many small restaurants, galleries and shops. The street ist quiet and green, with a big playground and a beautiful park.

There is also a supermarket and two farmers' market around the corner. The flea markets at Arkonaplatz and Mauerpark are just a few minutes (walk) away. By tram or by bicycle you can reach Hackescher Markt and Museumsinsel in 5 minutes.

Hey everyone, I was googling this email to get a background check and I just joined to say I've been contacted by this person too, using that [email protected] email with the same Barbara fake name with the exact same message too. She obviously forgot that she had contacted me before with the exact same name from a different address regarding that apartment. Watch out for those scammers

Was also nearly a victime of Lorraine Barbara Sloan's scam, and in looking for another apartment on Craiglist (Denmark), got the exact same email as Lorraine's by [email protected] (Mannies)
