Thanks for your swift response concerning my apartment for rent.It is a great pleasure that you are interested in my flat.I am Mr James collie,the owner of the apartment you are making inquiry about which is located at 70 Terrace Road, Perth, WA 6000,Actually I resided in the house with my family,such as my wife and our only daughter before we re-located due to my transfer from my working place as a matter of my profession where I work as a volunteer with Evangelical Council of Financial Accountability (ECFA).i am now situated in the (United state of America) ,presently my apartment is still available for rent for ($1,200)monthly rent and ($700)for security deposit which includes the utilities but the security deposit is refundable.If you notice, you will discovered that the price we are offering is far below standard price, this is enough for you to know that we are not after the rent fee but the absolute care for the property.i dont want my apartment to be under lock because of my furniture's. Please i want you to note that,i am a kind and honest man and also i spent alot on my property that i want to give you for rent,so i will solicit for your absolute maintenance of this house and want you to treat it as your own,it is not about the money but will oblige you to keep it tidy all the time so that i will be glad to see it neat when i come for a check up.i do that once in a while.I also want you to let me have trust in you as i always stand on my word.
