The apartment's address is: 1516 Pacific Coast Hwy Huntington Beach,
CA 92648, 3rd floor with elevator, building with gym, sauna all free
access.
It is located in a very select downtown neighborhood, The area is very
nice, very quiet and safe, it is close to all the best attractions,
easy access to public transportation. Great Restaurants, Bars, Pubs
and shopping abound in the immediate area, within walking distance. In
this area i could rent the apartment for almost double the price i am
asking, but i am pressed for time and want to find someone to secure
it in the following days.
Water,electricity, Internet,cable, parking, All the utilities and
amenities fees are included in the monthly rent.
The apartment is very spacious, about 1300sqft, very modern and
bright, 2 large bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, dining area, washer
and dryer in the apartment, lots of closet space, fully furnished, all
new bedding/linens, cookware, dishes etc . The rooms are nicely
furnished and the apartment features a spacious/open modern Kitchen
with Stainless Steel Appliances: range/oven, microwave, dishwasher &
refrigerator, lots of closets and storage space. Air Conditioning,
nice bathrooms. Sound System. Comes with a gated parking space
included,a storage unit where you can deposit my furniture (if you
want to rent it unfurnished and you want use your own furniture). Any
maintenance work is done by a specialized company and i will be billed
for any work that gets done. Pets are allowed! We will use a standard
rental agreement, the lease is flexible, month to month ok.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram to an escrow company (in this case PayPal) with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
The emails claiming to be from the company are fake.
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
