Please note that the reason why this apartment is out for rent is because I have just been appointed by the US Government to head the ANTI-TERRORIST monitoring squad (Zone D) As such, I was posted to West Africa on special duty at their International Airports for security monitoring purposes.
This appointment is scheduled to last for 5 years, for this reason my wife and I cannot leave the apartment uninhabited for that long hence we have decided to lease it out to some one who is worthy enough to meet with the above listed requirement and also take good care of the apartment until we are ready to return back.

This information’s are necessary because my family won’t be moving back to the same apartment again even upon our return to the US .
Secondly, there will be no Registration fee. But The Security Deposit is mandatorily needed as a Security Bond in order for the keys and the Lease Contract agreement to be sent to you. This Security Deposit is REFUNDABLE.
The Electric Bills and water bills have been paid for; I would also send the receipts to you along with the keys once we come to an agreement.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
