I will try explain to you step by step how this will work, take a few moments and read my emails carefully!
* The utility bills will be redirected to me in Denmark.
* If something will broke down now, you are responsible. The cost of repair will be deducted from your rent.
* I would like to receive the money monthly into my bank account and I hope there will be no problem for you to wire the money to it.
In order to check the apartment, see if you like it ( I'm sure that you'll love it ), you need to receive the keys and the contract:
Step # 1.
I need to know your shipping information:
* First name
* Last name
* Address
* City
* Postal code
Step # 2.
With the information you'll provide me, I will go at GLS Express (Global Logistic Solutions) office ( www.GLS-Group.eu ) and leave the keys and the contract in their possession and start the process. The delivery time will be 48 hours and the keys will be delivered at your address. The shipping will be done by GLS Air Express.
I used this company many times, and find they are helpful, polite, efficient and on time. I never had a problem, everything went well when I moved here. GLS Express are the best by miles. When they say they will deliver a parcel on whatever date or time, it is delivered!

Their department will check the package to see if everything is in order and also the legal papers that will come along with the keys and proof of ownership. If everything is in order, they will start the transaction and notify you with all you need to know regarding it (proof of delivery, payment instruction, my account status, etc).
Here are the contents that will be delivered to you via GLS Express:
* Entrance and the rooms keys;
* Paper/permanent flat form (Containing your reference details);
* The flat documented file;
* Payment receipts;
* Full address and description of the apartment.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
