"paster Ralph Nude" has yet another name: "Stanley Alan"

I believe that this person ("Stanley Alan" <[email protected]>) is the same rental/deposit scam'er who went by the name Ralph Nude in March 2012.
He used the same pictures he used as a previous rental scam which i coincidentally happened to reply to so this morning when i saw the same house I was like WTF.

WARNING: he is advertising an additional place for rent (in Bloemfontein).
I replied to The gumtree add for his 1bedroom house in CAPE TOWN however the 1st email i received has the same title except Cape town was now Bloemfontein) - Had the same application/deposit form, rental amounts and similar style.

My email to "Stanley" this morning obviously got no reply:

Excuse me if I was mistaken but I'm a bit confused, your add which I replied to was a 1 bedroom in Cape Town - how come it is now Bloemfontein?
Attached is the reason for my concern.

I enquired about the 1 bed apartment in Cape Town, below is the reply i received.
I decided to google the name of the apartment and came across this warning.

I am sorry if you have sent money, but it is now lost for good to this scammer. Cut all contact and say nothing and tell him nothing. Be aware you may get mails about getting money back , but it will be a further lie, and also you may be sent more scams.You can post scams on SW just the same as you did here, even if you have any or some doubts. Please include email texts , headers if you can, and mail addresses,
but remove your own details.

Rocketmail is part of the Yahoo! network (bought by yahoo in 1997 but only reinstated around 2008), so it's no surprise that the headers included yahoo.

I see that this scammer is covering his bases by including several different aliases across multiple providers, just shows how important it is to keep up with their fake addresses.

The institution she works for was the one who was going to be making payment for her from March, this is truly shocking that there are people out there who use Gods name in vain. We have sent back an email to them highlighting she is no longer relocating and therefore thanks them for trying to assist. Damn scammers

My mum was up for the same property, same email , got the house pics and theirs on their wedding day, discussions advanced so far as we where waiting for banking details luckily payroll at her work had already run that payment was not made by Feb
