Hello,
Thanks for your response to my apartment, i am so sorry i will not be available in København for now as i am presently in uk working but all you need to do is to go straight to the address i sent you and view the apartment but i want you to have it in mind that you will not have full access into the apartment as it is locked and i am here with the keys. Yes 550 for the rent
Thats why i sent you those pictures so that you can see how the apartment looks like.My apartment is at the first floor of the building and it is available for short term and long term basis because am going to be here for 1year and i dont want my apartment to be dusty when coming back in the next 1 year, that is the main reason why am renting out my apartment. But before any reservation,Can you tell me little about yourself,Anything you think you want me to know about you.
where are you from and also where are you presently?
what is your experience in renting an apartment?
Have you ever rent an apartment before?
Do you smoke?
Do you have pet?
Do you take drugs?
Do you have car?
Are you going to stay alone?
Are you paying the rent yourself?
What are you doing for living?
How old are you?
What is your gender?
Phone number?
Mobile Number?
Let me know if you would like me to proceed in renting my apartment so
that i can email you further procedures..You can simply reach me +4470457381565 or +4470457381565 for further discussion on the apartment.
This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent (for a property that he does not own) due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer either to him, his lawyer, your friend or a family member.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
