My name is Eloise Jordan, I'm a 41 year old british woman and I worked as an economist in Stockholm. The price for 1 month of rent is 7000 SEK including all the monthly utilities. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped!
As I said before, I'm in London as I live and work here right now and I'm the only person who has the keys of the apartment but I have a solution to solve this problem, so you can move in as soon as you receive the keys.

Hi Michelle, it's nice to have a reply from you so quickly!
The apartment is ready for you, you will only have to receive the keys and the contract to check it and see if you like it. In order of that, I've found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast so you will receive the keys in less than 3 days. No one could help me show the apartment because I don't know the neighbours very well..
The solution I've chosen is provided by a company called UPS; they handle rentals for people who are unable to solve them alone, which are abroad etc., so they will take care both the delivery and payment issues. I will support all the shipping taxes for the package.
Regarding the monthly payments I want to receive them in my bank account from London so I hope it will be no problem for you.
I would like to know more details about you...this just to know us better, it is very important for me to know who will live in my apartment because I want a good person.
I think you can understand me.. and finally I request for a 2 months deposit (1 month warranty+1 month of rent).

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
