Below is the application form for you to answer in order to decide the rent of my apartment to you and I want you to know that I'm giving this apartment for rent base on trust.

So as I shall be giving you my apartment, please again take care of the apartment for me so that I might be glad when I come back. As I have earlier told you that all I need in my apartment is to be kept clean always until I will be back which you will be paying $700 Monthly including all the utilities inside. It all depends on the period you wish to stay in my apartment, you only have to tell me the numbers of months in which you can be able to pay as upfront/deposit. e.g 1 month:$700, 2 months:$1400 etc, in order to proceed with the shipment of the necessary documents and the keys of the apartment to you through the address provided (25 Brant St, Suite 201 Toronto, M5V2L9 ). And As a man of my word, I always have this human feelings in which I will not do anything to stress or be difficult to my fellow human and that is why I'm doing all this.....and later if you have check inside of the apartment and you have move in, then you shall continue to be paying the rent payment as it due monthly, also I would like to send the following documents to you via UPS/DHL expresss delivery service and it will be home delivery to you.
(1)Entrance and the rooms Keys
(2)Paper/Permanent house form(Containing your reference details)
(3)Payment Receipt.
(4)Full address and description of the house.
These will be sent to you through your address provided. Once again, I am giving you this base on trust and do not disappoint me, I promise you that immediately you get into the apartment you will love it because it's a really nice/well maintained and quiet apartment to be. So I'm really happy to find a young good person like you to occupy the apartment and I still want you to promise me that you will not disappoint me....So do get back to me (what date will you like to move in specifically) in order to proceed on how to make your deposit payment while the keys and documents package will be send out to you as explained.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
