Actually, we wanted to sell the house but my wife suggested that we may need the house later so we decide to stop the property management company from selling it but to rent it out for us. Fortunately we later found out that they were trying to use our absence as a medium of making money for themselves by asking for more than what we asked them to take for the rent, so we decided to stop them totally and that's why i am doing this on my own.
So I will sent you the keys and the signed lease as soon as you are ready to move in.
My house is 3br /2ba. The rent is $800 and the security deposit $800. The address is 1216 Colton Blvd, Billings MT 59102. You can go see the house and get back to me back to me if like it so that I can email you with the rental application.
What really happen is this, I'm currently not around to show the house from the inside but you can find the attached pictures of the inside of the house for your review.
Little about my Family.We are kind and honest people,we don't like disappointing people and we don't want anyone to disappoint us. My daughter is a Political Science student at Putra University of Malaysia. She helps her mother in doing some home work during their vacation period. My wife is a very good woman who understands easily and we are a christian Family.we are members of Baptist Church We believe in the restoration of Christ.
Please I'm seriously looking for someone that will take care of my house. So I will be waiting to read from soon.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
