I was born and brought up in Finland,i studied there,i had my university education right there while staying with my uncle.. I lived all my life in Finland before coming down to South Dakota(SD),have been living with my uncle since have been 13 years old of age...Then i was member of the Red Cross Association,it really sounds interesting for me...

Why am moving and my work:

Am moving over to your state because i understand that i'll be doing good over there,as have been told by my uncle's friend who have once live over there. And i will be working with any hospital around you as i am also making necessary enquiries on that now....


Am sure You 'll really like the person that i am ,because i will also do the dishing if you like,I work when i am to and relax when i am to,I also like sharing my thoughts also....paying rent on time will not be a problem as i will also be making the rent fee before the month ends....
Right now.I ve the support of my uncle about my well being,so you shouldn't be bothered about if i am competent of paying the rent ..


I must confess am comfortable with the price and I will want to secure the place down before my arrival so i will want you to tell me all about the place,as i can't see it before my arrival but the pictures...I also will want you to know that i have my car that i will be coming over with,and little of my furnitures,please let me know if there will be room for them..

HOW CAN WE HANDLE THESE? WHAT DO THEY REALLY WANT?

The best thing to do is to delete and ignore them. What they are after is cash. They want to send you a fake check, most likely for over the amount they need to pay as a deposit. They will ask you to deposit the check, and then after it clears, transfer the extra money to someone (they may claim it is a travel agent, or a shipper, or one of dozens of other things--or they may just say that they accidentally wrote the check for too much and you need to wire the difference.) They would most likely want you to make the transfer by Western Union.

What they are counting on is the fact that most people don't understand the check clearing process.
It is common for people to consider a check cleared when a bank hands out the cash. That's not the case.

By law, a bank has to make cash available a certain number of days after the deposit (depending on the type of check) if they have not found the check to be fraudulent. So when the bank gives you money--it doesn't mean the check has cleared; it merely means that they haven't proven it fake yet so they have to give you the cash. Ironically, this law that makes these scams possible is intended to protect the consumer, by keeping banks from holding on to your money for excessively long periods of time.

In reality--a check can take weeks or months to get through all of the necessary verifications, particularly if it is written on a phished or stolen account--because there will be a period of investigation while it is determined whether the check was really written by the account owner. Your bank does not have to tell you if an investigation is ongoing, so you won't know. If at the end of the investigation, the check is found to be fraudulent, the originating bank will take the money back from your bank, who will in turn take the money back from you--and they can turn around and charge you fees for depositing a bad check in the first place! If it causes your account to be overdrawn, you can face hundreds to thousands of dollars in additional fees. This can happen weeks after you think the check has "cleared."

In the meantime, all names and information given to you by the scammer are fake. The scammer is most likely a young man in Africa, or a young Nigerian in Malaysia. The scammer, or someone working for him as a money mule (often another victim, who thinks he/she has a legitimate job as a payment agent), has picked up the cash from Western Union. (A mule will then forward the money to the scammer, but again the scammer will be using a fake name and information). So essentially, the scammer has used you to turn his fraudulent cash into cash for him.
