The referenced website is legitimate, but I can't be sure the links actually go to that website. It is a common tactic to send links that don't match the text in the email.

The primary thing that concerns me is the reference to paying fees online.

This is the official website that addresses how UK visas must be obtained. This is the process you should be following.
http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/countries/philippines/applying/?langname=UK%20English

Note that they tell you how fees are to be paid. There is no online payment option, and it specifically states that even fees for the processing center must be paid in cash at the center. This makes me suspect the possibiliity of a scammer who is pretending to be affiliated with a legitimate site. If you could post the earlier emails associated with this particular one, it would help us to determine for certain.

I think this is all in order.I am experienced with VFS GLOBAL. http://www.vfs-uk-ph.com/applicationcentre.html. I am concerned you are being misled and I have seen your other posts. I don't want you to get down to the official centre , and pay a fee when you have no chance to get a visa.

Now between then, and arriving at the centre you might get an email demand to pay the fee, assuming you went down the official line in the first place and told a third party about your application. The important part is that the moment you are asked to pay by Western Union or Moneygram it is a scam. There is no reason for VFS or UKBA to contact you at this stage and ask for money. IT WILL NOT HAPPEN.

You may be as qualified as hell but you still will not get a job visa in the UK unless the job you apply for matches the needs of the firm.So for example even if you are a nuclear physicist, you will not get a visa for a job in a hotel as a waiter.
I think you are being scammed and misled according to your posts I have seen here. Please post your answer here rather, than on the others. I will ask Mods to join all of them together .
