I'm Moresa i saw your posting on craigslist.com that you have a place for rent, I really do appreciate the breakdown details of the house due to what you have on your posting but i will love to know more about the room and the neighbours expecially you .

I will want you to understand that am presently in Alaska (Anchorage) USA, and am coming pertaining to my research course on tourism,culturism and promotion of Art and i will want you to hold the room down for me before my arrival ...Do get back to me with more details about the room,the total moving in cost,and the all the utilities included as well as the pictures,if available ....

This person is a scammer. Name: Moresa Fanadez email: [email protected]

Here's the scam: She wants you to hold a room for rent with a money order to be mailed to you from her "honest Uncle". She says she will ship her furniture and car from Alaska before she arrives. She needs you to pay for the shipping out of the additional money that is in the money order. The money order is for a much higher amount than the rent. The money order is cashed but it takes weeks for it to be identified as a fake. Meanwhile, a fake package arrives COD (Cash on Delivery) . When the shipment is paid the scam has been made and when the fake check is returned from the bank you will be responsible for the lost funds.

This person has the same post in multiple cities with the same story, and time of move.
