I got an email from this 'Gia' person as well.
This person sent me an exact same email, word-to-word.
We emailed back and forth a couple of times and
I told her to contact my landlord (it's a big real-estate company) and that was when she stopped replying me.

I looked up her email on facebook to see if she was a real person. (And of course, she was not).
And I typed her email and name on google. That's how I found out about this post. ( I didn't even know about scamwarners.com before).

I told my landlord about this email address in case they receive anything from her.
