My apartment is a very attractive 2bedroom apartment it is well furnished and i hope you will like it.the apartment is at Badenerstrasse 255, 8003 Zürich, Switzerland view mins to shops which is a very good area and has a very attractive living room,dining and has a fireplace. There is a dining area and adjacent to the living room and there is a well furnished and well equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave and cooker.A washing machine and a separate dryer in the utility cupboard adjacent to the bathroom.
The bedroom has a bath with shower,A vanity unit with separate W.C. and the bedrooms are well furnished, and have good looking doors. There is a color tv in the bedrooms and a dvd player. also with Internet facilities. i believe you will like the apartment the rent is CHF550 Per Calendar Month which include all bills and the security deposit which will be refund after your stay in the apartment is CHF750 so get back to me so that we can proceed with the necessary arrangement.

Thanks for getting back to me and for the much interest you have toward the renting of my apartment, as I told you in my previous email, I am willing to rent the apartment out due to my relocation to Liverpool, so the lease is available for long and short term rent and the monthly rent cover all bill as such as water,electricity,fast internet,etc
So the apartment will be available for that period of time as well.
Now that you are interested in renting my apartment and you will like me to reserve it for you upon your arrival...We have to proceed with the arrangement now.....You need to send me the details below for the contract.
1...Your full name and address.
2...Your date of birth.
3...Your move in date and move out date.
4...Your phone number.
5...A scan copy of your passport ID.
I will be needing this details to prepare the lease contract as we need to legalize the rent by signing a contract after that you will proceed with the payment of one month rent and security deposit to confirm the reservation and an assurance towards the renting of the apartment and i will take permission from work and arrive in the city to fix you into the apartment on your moving in day.
After this a receipt will be given to you which you will have as evidence of payment with the lease contract as a legal tenant and you can easily move in on your arrival.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
