Thank you for the interest in our self catering apartments in Mayfair, central London,located within the City of Westminster.
You have send enquiry for our Half Moon Street Apartment - 1 Bedroom
The Apartment Sleeps 2 Adults (With extra bed for £10 per night).
This is fully furnished flat, with well equiped kitchen, with no sharing.
The rate is £35 per night (rates includes VAT)
You requested for 7 Nights.
And the rate for the 7 nights = £300
Mayfair Short Lets take a security deposit of £200 to cover damage to properties over and above normal wear and tear, or for properties left in an unacceptable condition where additional cleaning is required.
If there is no damages to the property, the deposit is return back in cash on your departure.
To complete the booking, below are the requirements.
30% deposit is payable and the £200 security deposit, for the booking to be made.
Total deposit Amount = £290
We can generally hold dates for 24 hours. We do not take provisional bookings.
Only members of your party as shown on the booking form may occupy the apartment .
All booking must be made via our secure website.
