Hello sorry for the late response.
We are pleased that you have an interest in our house, Our lovely home is still available for lease and we want responsible adults/family who are neat and also believe that they have what it takes to take the house.
The reason why our house is up for lease is because I got transferred from my place of work to California I will be away with my family for at least 4 to 5 years because of the love I have for them, I have decided not to sell our house and also assuring them that we only have few years to spend here and will be willing to lease it out to person/family who is willing to assure us of taking absolute care of our home and pay their rent on time. I will start by telling you more in regards me and my family. I have a twin daughters named Leslie and Lydia (4yrs) . We will be very pleased if we can find the right tenant to rent our home, As soon as we are settling down here, I had a thought of selling the house so I have to look for an agent after getting one, we got a deal but later he try to scam us and forge some documents to win the house because we send the keys to him and we later go to court and get the house back, so my wife advised against that we should rent the place out in other to keep our head In-case we will be returning back to the City because we will be here for 5-6yrs and she insist that we have to keep the house because she really Love the place.I reasoned with her and accept her advise. So I contact the agent we gave the job back and request for my keys and documents, because we don't want get into another problem again so i am handling the renting myself Until We have the house rent out, we could have gave a friend of ours to handle it for us but the truth of the matter is that the he is not going to be handling it professionally and the occupant may not be able to reason along with him. 2, He his traveling out of the country soon for a missionary trip and 3, he don't know the type of person we are looking for because we really need a person that will take excellent care of the house and If you notice, you will discovered that the price we are giving out the rent is so low and far below standard price,this is enough for you to know that we are not after the rental fee, all we are after is to find someone that will take absolute care of the property for us all we just need is to use the money to support some charity homes and some humanitarian organization.

I want you to also know that we will let you stay in our home till the period of time you wish to as long as you pay up your rent on time. We also want you to know
that the rent fee covers the utilities, you can use them and take proper care of our home.
This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
