I live in an elevator building 2br/2bath apt. located at Riverside Drive, Upper West Side Manhattan, i need a roommate to join me so the both of us can occupy the apartment and share the living room, shared dinning, shared patio-balcony, shared laundry, shared kitchen, private b/room, private bath, amenities include elevator, A/C, internet set up, outside smoking only, rent is $800/mo with pets accepted, attached are the apt. pictures, when is your move in and could you drive by this weekend for a view?
