I was about to tricked by this guy.. He is working in craiglists.. This is my second time to meet with scams.. Please be careful if you gonna rent an apartment from craiglists..

My apartment is well furnished and well decorated with a lot of facility such as: Wireless internet facilities, Phone, Microwave, Dish washer, washing machine, Dryer, Refrigerator, Bathroom, Toilet, Bedroom, kitchen, utility room and the bills is included in the rent amount and also you will be using all this facility alone without sharing with any body.

Attach are some pictures of how my Apartment looks like.That is the information you need to know about my Apartment.but presently am not available in Berlin for now as am presently in United kingdom now to complete my work with my company and am here with my families and my keys.But all you need to do is to go straight to the address i sent you to take a look of the apartment from outside ,But i want you to have it mind that the apartment is presently locked and am here with the keys.that is the reason why i sent you my apartment picture just for you to have an idea of how the inside looks like.you will be living in my apartment without sharing it with anybody.My apartment is at the down floor of the building and it is available for short term and long term basis because am going to be here for 3 years and i dont want my apartment to be dusty when coming back After 3 years,that is the main reason why am renting out my apartment.

For you to get the place reserved we will both sign my rental agreement contract which is prepared by my lawyer, which is documented with Dutch’s law and it is going to stand as guarantee for both of us.

Your fisrt month rent and security deposit . This Christopher Nigel Wenham person is also at the copenhagen housing craigslist; and I'm afraid many other people are in the site too.
I've been scammed by him. I don't know how I didn't check "his" passport number on the internet and find this site before agreeing the payment. How stupid.
I'm looking for a flat in copenhagen and now all the flat offers in the craigslist site sound like scam to me.
They offer the same kind of descriptions, all owners have been transferred to Romania, Nigeria, UK or some other country and have the keys to their beautiful and incredibly good deal apartments with them.
Even after scamming me he's even trying it again! He's saying that I will get the keys if I send 2 more month rents upfront because he owes money to a man that has now the keys and has just travelled to Nigeria. Yeah right! Bulls***! He even fakes to have a lawyer and sends you e-mails from his fake lawyer's fake e-mail address. Shameful!

Watch out and I hope everyone else takes a bit more of care than I did!
