There are lots of security around easy access to transportation, Noting much to write about the Apartment is situated on the 2nd floor with an elevator in the Building lots of shops, bar, hotels and restaurants.
Modern, clean with amazing amenities on site (tennis, pool, jacuzzi, 24 hour security, gym, roof deck). There are 1 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchens and a large living space. The unit even has private entry directly from a secure elevator/lift.
Daily maid service available upon request.
The condominium complex is two blocks from the Somerset MRT station . The airport is a 10 minute cab ride away, and the financial district is only a few subway stops away. A view of the downtown skyline and the Marina Bay Sands is possible from the balcony that extends the length of the condo. Additionally, you can get 360 degree panoramic views of all of Singapore from the roof deck!
The unit comes with wireless internet (WiFi), but does not have cable connected to the largescreen TVs. Instead, you can connect your laptop to the TV to watch online content (it's what we do!).
Washer and dryer are also in the unit.
It is recommended that you do not rent a car. Taxis, buses, and subway (MRT) are easy to catch and are all within a couple blocks of the apartment.

RESERVE ASAP, before someone else does...

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
