Thanks for your interest in our property, your dates happens to fall within our special discount period and comes available at a daily rates of EUR 130 per night which include all utilities and tax. The total rates for 4 Nights would be EUR 520 and a damage deposit of EUR 400,which will be refunded to you on your departure, deposit is needed to hold dates though . We do have proposals coming for dates affecting yours so you would have to respond ASAP. The building is wheelchair accessible. You are fully self sufficient here.
This is a 3 bedroom highly furnished Property with basic amenities and very close, in walking distance to local transport, bus metro etc. Located in a very nice, clean and quite area.Has all the facilities and the utilities our customer's needs including electric Utility, Cable TV, Parking, Laundry in the bldg, Air conditioning, upgraded with Interior Designer,modern bedroom with QS bed, fully equipped American kitchen, state-of-the-art bathroom, oakwood floors, computer and Internet Wifi, washer/dryer, ultra-equipped, washer and dryer, traditional oven and microwave. well behaved pets are allowed.

Please note that your reservation is not fully confirmed until your Reservation Deposit has been received. All Damage deposit will also be refunded in Cash on your departure date if no serious Damage is made to the apartment as a result of your stay.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
