I can see you are interested in the ad I have pasted, I am currently in West Africa where I work as a volunteer with THE ROTARY FOUNDATION.here is the site for more detail about why I am here in Africa.(http://www.rotary.org). I spent less time in the city so I could not get a hold on any Realtor to handle this rent issue, although it was when I knew how long we are going to stay in Africa that I decided to rent out the house. However, the initial plan was to sale out the house. which I tried, but sometimes the agents inflates the price and it takes longer to sell i am telling you this in case if you find the house on another website, that is the old advert So I need a tenant to take care of it but since I am out of the city now and We do have a Realtor before but we had that the Realtor is not Trustworthy someone that was why we ask him to send us our keys down here because people keep calling us that the Realtor is inflating the price of the house at the market I have received some proposals regarding the rent because it is located in a very nice area, but I still have to make sure it is rented out to someone who can take good care of it. It includes facilities such as water and heat laundry facilities,air condition,internet and telephone access and a car park and other necessary facilities,also comes with trash collection,pets are allowed as well as long as they are not destructive. so if you know you are capable of the task,get back to me with the application form,below is the address of the property:

As we have found your application very satisfactory and acceptable by my family. So we would want you to go through this email and get back to us,so we could proceed in renting the home to you.We would like to send the following documents and keys to you via FedEx to your current address and the tracking number will be sent to you so that you can possibly occupy our home, The package includes:

1) Entrance and the rooms Keys
2) Paper/Permanent home form
3) The home documentary file.
4) Full Description of the home
5) Payment Receipt

Please once again, we are giving you this on trust and do not disappoint us . We are with the above document and keys here with us. Hi,

I can understand your point regarding the viewing of the apartment and meeting before reaching an agreement. But unfortunately, that would not be possible for now. As i am so much committed to my work . And there is no one over there with the keys, as i have all the keys here with me, like i told you earlier. As my plans of sending the keys, would be after reach an agreement.So i would suggest for now, if you don't mind. You go over and visit the building and
neighborhood to determine your interest. So as to have an idea of the living situation around there, before making your decision on the lease. As i do know your worries and reservations at this point. since i am not presently available to meet with you in person and show your the flat. Though you can understand, i was suppose to lock up the apartment since there was no one presently occupying the apartment after we left. And moreover, i never had any intention of renting out the apartment. It was my wife who recently advise i should lease out the apartment. Just for someone to occupy the place, and take up the maintenance. And often send me feed backs regarding the state of the apartment, just to put off my worries.
