I have received the same email after submitting a rental request form. However this scum of this earth has another website: www.essentialhomes.org - SCAM
He goes by the alias of Romney Will. These are his active known emails/ phone # as of now:

BEWARE people. NEVER wire or transfer a deposit for a rental. Better stick with known, professionally managed properties/ motel/ hotel. My advice as a holiday maker is to book your 1st week/ few days accommodation in a motel/ hotel then find another once you reach your destination. If the property is genuine and listed on sites such as Craiglist, there shouldn't be any reasons why you won't be able to view it first.
