Read my e-mail i'm in Scotland now and i don't have any person show you the flat and keys it's with me, and for that i need have a warranty don't lost my time and i will come show you the flat for the first person show me a real warranty before come....I can assure you of the viewing but i will like to discuss some thing with you, as you know am in United Kingdom currently and before i can come down to London for the viewing i will like to see a proof of your financial capacity and to know how serious you are in need of the property because i have been fooled so many times and i will not let that to happen to me again. When i got there for the viewing they will never show up and when i called there phone they will keep on banging the phone on me so it has been a very sad and disappointing occasion for me and i waste a lot of money also for transport when coming for the viewing, so i don't want that to happen to me anymore.
Here is what I propose:
The service name that we'll use is Western Union transfers. You must find the nearest Western Union agency in any bank and you go to Western Union and you send cash 1400 gbp for know you have money cash for the rent when i meet you to any name you want for have warranty keep the flat only for you and don't lost my time....When make payment you will pay transfer fee but don't worry about this because i will give you back for you don't pay extra money.
The transfer must to be like this:
sender name : your name
sender address : your address UK
receiver name : friend,wife name,brother,mother,father, etc...
receiver address : United Kingdom
If you have here any person, friend , member family in Uk it's perfect ..... made this western union payment prove for him name and address in UK.
(In case you probably do not have relatives in the United Kingdom, but it does not matter. You just assume for a moment that your member family is in United Kingdom and is not problem if this it's not there....... You go to Western Union and you say that you want to send the money to your member family, who is now in the United Kingdom).You need put United Kingdom country destination just for can check my self the transfer status.... because the operator can check only if the money it's sent in UK not in another country....
Then you send me a copy,photo of a receipt by e-mail. I will check if the transfer is real and I come to present the flat.This is a transfer from a person to a person and takes about 10 minutes.Or in case you have here person make this transfer for him name in United Kingdom.
I don't have time lost with all the person ask me about the flat .... and meet in UK with this..... only after you prove me the paper Western Union and money it's available i can meet with this.... NO BEFORE THAT..... because i know 100% keep this just for you and cancel all talk with rest person.
I can come show you the flat next 2-3 days after is see the receipt western union with the payment done and money it's there cash available until the day you see the flat.
You must to know exactly......you will pay me the money for the flat cash only face to face after you see the flat and if you like this i made the contract with you......., but now i need to know 100% you have money ready and my self for keep the flat just for you available... because not only you want see the flat and i don't have time lost.....

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
