About me
My name is Monier Astrid, Emmanuel-Marie
a young lady in my mid twenties
i was born in France. Am a French citizen but schooled and l grew up in England, i left France at the age of Two years with my parent .
I attend London south bank University, i spent most of my life in England,i speak English fluently, Am in Rotterdam doing a language course trying to improve my speak in dutch language
i school in England and understand the culture of English people,
I just came back to Netherlands after the death of my father to oversee his property(house), my father work here as an expatriates before his death
My mummy is a British woman ,she now with with united Nation in Africa Nigeria (UN)
the apartment has three bed rooms, i only occupy one room while the two is free
I am seeking a Roommate with good sense of humor, neat and friendly who i can entrust my apartment, if am not around, because the last roommate got drunk and damage
the television in the living room. I just got another one.
I am seeking someone who meets the following description:
Female or male, professional or Student. The most important thing I'm looking for is to find a flat mate to share daily life and common values.
PRICE
The rent for this two room is 500 euros per month and refundable deposit of 500euros, the rent is inclusive of all utilities bills including the electricity and gas
(which goes towards the heat and hot water) WI FI Internet/television/telephone (with free, unlimited international calls


THE APARTMENT
The rooms i am renting out are 18m2 (= 170 sq ft) There is plenty of space as well as many storage closets.. Two bedrooms with sunny courtyard views, a
large living room, a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, oven, microwave,washing machine ,vacuum cleaner dishwasher, coffee machine,
all plates, silverware, pots, etc...), and a bathroom with a full-sized tub.
Plenty of windows and light. and ceramic tiling in the bathroom, kitchen, and toilet room.
There are two fireplaces with old-fashioned mirrors above them. This place is truly beautiful and comfortable! The bedroom you will rent has a twin-sized
bed, furnished (wardrobe, bookcase, desk, printer, your own phone ) there is
high speed and WI Fi internet, and a washing machine. Bathroom with bath tub and separate toilets, separate toilet and bathroom.


OVERVIEW
The apartment is inside the city ring, in Midtown Old-West just 15 minutes to Central Station Amsterdam (passing the Jordan, Anne Frank, the Dam square) by tram, bus or bike. Or walk 20 minutes straight on, along a shopping street with many restaurants to the Jordan.
Exactly on a lively square, a strategic point for all your shopping and public transports day and night to all directions. The peaceful Rembrandt park is just behind or walk 10 minutes to the busy Vondel park with free open air concerts in the Summer.
This typical Amsterdam family apartment is on the down floor (without elevator) of a historical, art nouveau building.Being modern and renovated it offers spacious rooms. A large sleeping room with king size bed . The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher as well as a sunny balcony facing the inside gardens. The complete modern bathroom is on shower.

The apartment is situated in an historical building.
Bus 18 and 15 from station
NightBus 353 and 352 from Night life center.
Tram 13 to Dam square.
Tram 7 to Leidseplein and museums.

You have nice pictures and pretty lady , i cant wait to meet you soon
Am the only one staying in the whole apartment,
The apartment is a three bed rooms , the pictures of the bed room i sent to you via attached email is the room am renting out,While the other room is regarded as a visitor room, if you have any visitor during your stay

The rent fee 0f 500 euros is inclusive of all the bills

The rent fee is not my top most priority but some one who take good care of the apartment as if he owns it because the last roommate got my television damage

The fact is that the room is still available,but you have to respond on time because there are renters contacting me and showing interest in the room,However i am contacting you to see if we could have a deal, but it depend on your seriousness as regard renting the room , because i have come across so many people who only like wasting other peoples times, who tells me reserve the apartment, and they wont turn up while some will start begging me to rent it out for free which i will rent out free at my own detriment and i hope you quite understand me and my worries,
if you are truly interested in renting the room you will have to secure it in advance by transferring the first month rent of 500euros and a refundable security deposit of 500 euros to my Mother Lawyer in London via union money transfer.

However,before you can transfer the payment to my family lawyer , there are procedures which you have to follow,my family lawyer will have to prepare a tenancy lease Agreement Form for you which you will have to read,and understand contents of the contract,
after reading it you will have to print it out and sign it and send it back to me via attached email and another one will be send to you postal address which you will come along with a copy on your move-in date.
The below information will be needed form you so that my lawyer can commenced in making the Lease tenant Agreement Form you
1) Your full name
2)Your exact moving-in and moving-out date.
3) Your current home address.(The purpose of the address is to enable me send a copy of the Agreement form to you which you will have to bring along on your move-in date)
4). A scanned copy of your ID card, i have also attached my pictures and a copy of my International passport for you as well

Every content of your mail is well understood and i can assured you are dealing the right person, thats more reason a copy of my international passport is been sent to you and my pictures to know my identity
I dont do even collect advance but in my previous dealing i have encounter bad renters who email me to reserve the apartment for them but wont come again to rent the apartment , it has hinder many people who want to rent the apartment .
Henceforth my lawyer and my mother has now agreed that any one who want to rent the house should always secure by booking for the apartment in advance,
You ned to be worry because you are dealing with sincere person, you have a copy of my identity(International passport) and my picture
Meanwhile i have discuss with my lawyer that you will pay the advance of 500 euros of the apartment in advance and on your arriva you will balance up
and he has agreed to it.
Kindly let me have the details of your arrival so he can proceed with the tenacy agreement form for you so you can show your mum and also inform her about it

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by a Money Transfer Service to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".

Another variation of this scam is that you need to send money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you

He will ask you to send him the transfer details.

Make no mistake ! These transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union or other Money Transfer Services before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
