Thanks for having interest in my Room,the property belongs to my late father and my mother have been managing and maintaining the Apartment since my father passed away,she is presently relocated with her new hubby, but she does come to visit me once in a while,the place is 2 bedroom apartment,I only live in this Apartment now,the neighborhood is very quite and safe, i don't mind having you in this Place...I do work in a Health Center and came back late night everyday, so there is no time for me to set up a meeting with you or viewing the place at the moment but you can access it through

The Lease is --$600 monthly /Room including the utilities,fridge-freezer,oven, washing machine, dryer, gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, electricity bill, wireless Internet charges and others.---$700 for
the security deposit which is refundable during the departure time from the room.
I am a kind and honest person and my mother have spent time and resources a lot on that apartment, so i will solicit for your absolute maintenance of the Room and want you to manage it as your own if eventually you will be the occupant. I want you to promise me that you will not disappoint me at the long run.is that taken?it is not all for money sake but I want you to keep it tidy all the time so that i will be glad to see it neat .
I will like to know where you are from and when you will be coming to the flat? Am confidently assuring you that you will be more than satisfied when you come into the flat while you will have your private bathroom .

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by a Money Transfer Service to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! These transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union or other Money Transfer Services before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
