Fake rental scammers always use this

If your looming for a home and is cheap for $900 is mostlikely to be a scam becareful it almost happens

Great home has it all and utilities are included in the rent. I and family are currently in Maryland for missionary call where I work with a group called (First Baptist Hurst ) .I wanted to sell my home but with the advice of my wife i decided to rent it out and we are looking for a God fearing family that could take our home as their own. Before we left West Covina, CA we search for a God fearing and reputable agent who can take good care of the house but we couldn't get any honest agent . all agent we came across are not honest and they are ripper, The first agent we put our house in care almost get us in trouble by renting out my house to many applicant but thanks to God we have settled the issue, currently i have order them to remove there sign board away from my house , i am sure there most have done that but in case they have not remove it don't contact them for any reason, You can reach agreement with me owner , because of the issue i experience with those dishonest agent We decide to leave with the key, remote and the papers. I'm willing to rent out the home to a person who can promise me he/she will care for the house as we use to do when we were in the state and who is able to come up with monthly rent of $900 and a security deposit of $1200($2100) but Security Deposit first as a move in deposit and I will like him/her to assure me that the house will be properly managed. Concerning the lease, duration is minimum of 6months, 12 months or according to the wish of -tenant need. I have received some proposals regarding the rent because it is located in a very good area of West Covina, CA but I still have to make sure it is rented out to someone who can take good care of it. I'm giving out the home with such a reasonable amount because I am only paying God back for his kindness and mercy over me and my family with that I have asked for such a reasonable amount. It`s also a pride for me to work for him on a missionary work. Also I need someone/a family that will take good care of the house as their own property. We would be here in Maryland for 5 years with my family throughout our missionary call If you can assure me that you can take proper care of the property and also you can afford the move in deposit, kindly confirm your interest by getting back to me with the below application details

The Scammer will have wanted you to send him money to have keys and documents to be couriered from abroad, or to send money to a family friend to show that you are financially sound and not a time waster. He would have asked you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union or Moneygram).

These transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected.

If you are still using listing sites to look for property, and If you receive any replies asking you to send money in advance of viewing - (This includes making a Western Union payment to yourself or a family friend, and paying for keys and documents to be couriered to you from abroad.) - would you please post them in this forum. This may help others if they are searching for the e-mail address of the 'Landlord'.

Actually I resided in the home with my family before and presently we had moved out now situated in the florida because of my missionary call where I work with a group called (First Baptist Hurst ) And presently we want to give out our house for rent to a clean and tidy person.

Our home is available now for rent at $900 with a security deposit of $1100 including internet and electricity. I want to let you know that money is not our problem but what we are looking for is absolute care of the home when you pack into the home. We are looking out for someone that can always keep the home clean and tidy.So please I want you to stand on the agreement you will make with us.

We are kind and honest people,we don't like disappointing people and we don't want anyone to disappoint me.We spent a lot on our house that we want to give to you for rent.I had an idea of selling the house, so I have to look for an agent but eventually my wife advised me on selling the house.I reasoned with her and accepted her advice. So I contacted the agency back and requested for my keys and documents. Later we decided to keep the house rented, we would have given the same agent this job, but the fact of the matter is that the agent would need to hold it professionally and the lessee may not be able to cause along with him later and more some I do not have anyone in the area I can leave the keys behind with so that is why I posted ad myself. If you notice the price we are offering is far below normal price and I this is enough for you to know that we are not after the rental fee but the entire care for the property. I know there is no way we can be sure that you are the right person to live in the house because we would not be able to meet physically before sending you the keys and the documents to occupy the property.

What really happened is this, we are not giving the home out for rent just because of money but because of our recent work in florida.So we will solicit for your absolute maintenance of our house.
