Rental scams - [email protected]

Thanks to this website, I realized I was being scammed before losing any money. Here is the chain of emails from the scammer:

Currently I am not around, I recently got transferred over to United - Kingdom 1 months ago because I won a bidding contract from my company (Textile Industry) which I bided for sometime ago for the introduction of new Industries in United - Kingdom. So I had to move down to United - Kingdom quickly to have my company set up because I will be staying here up to 3 years, and I have been staying here in United - Kingdom for the past one months. Before I moved to United - Kingdom, I looked for an agent to rent out the property for me but unfortunately for me I couldn't get an honest agent so I decided to rent it out myself. You will be doing me a great favor if you should rent my home because I am only looking for a responsible person to take very good care of my home for me while am here. And the building is in a great location situated in the quiet and safe area and offers secure access. internet, cable, laundry in-suite, storage facilities, heat,
water, electric and parking is included in the rent and pet are allowed, $800 per month......So you can go ahead and view the house but you can't be able to view the inside. Well if you notice you will discover that the price am offering is far below standard price this is enough for you to know that I am not after the rental fee but the absolute care and maintenance of my property. So kindly get back to me as soon as possible if you are still interested so that we can proceed with the Rental Application Form and the Lease Agreement Form.
