I have really decided to rent out the House as a result of my relocation to Boyertown , PA. I had an accident with my whole family few months ago which made me deaf and disabled... So i need someone very honest and kind to rent my home. I am really willing to rent this home out because i wont be coming back to house anymore, so you can have the house as long as you want because i am now staying in my newly built home here in PA, I would love you to go and view the home .. If you are willing to see the interior then you can peek through the window, with that you will be able to see the interior..... I am sorry i am not there and i have the keys with me here in Boyertown , PA. ... So i would want you to really bear with me.
Don't be surprised when you get to the home and see a for sale sign in the home, i had the intention of selling the home once but i thought about it again and decided to rent out the home.. The Realtor are trying to take advantage of me, asking for too much and trying to rip me off and it is a very beautiful home and i will always love to call it my home. So i will want you not to bother yourself about any sign you see in the home saying it is for sale... and i don't want you to contact them because i am now renting out my house and don't have anything with them anymore. I am not sure about the sign since I'm here, i just want you to know in case you see it there. Moreover, i have canceled my contract with them. I can't be reached by any other means except this email due to my condition, that is why i am always by my computer every time.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
Due to my condition, my cousin will help me take care of the payment.. She is an evangelist so there is nothing to worry about, hope you understand I am deaf and disabled, i will not be able to get the money... I have talked to my cousin and she said that Western Union will be okay... The money will get to me as soon as she picks it up for me. I trust her very much.
I have emailed the nearest FedEx courier outlet and they will have to and come pick the keys and other things needed to be shipped you tomorrow morning so all i am waiting for is the payment.. As soon as the payment have been confirmed, the mailing of the keys will commence immediately....
