This dumbass tried to get me to rent his "apartment" in Fort McMurray. I knew something was fishy when he told me that he was in the Philippines. No way was I going to give him my address,number etc. Here's the entire convo.
He also posted pics of a place that looks "too good to be true." If it does look too good to be true, it usually is. This is why you need to research your shit before giving money to ANYONE, and it would have to be in person, not over the computer.

Columbia. I will be moving to Fort Mac for this job. However, pictures would suffice

It is quite impossible to find a private suite for this cheap in Fort Mac. A room
rental in a house is more expensive than your apartment. I am a university student,
beginning my Masters in September. I am very clean and responsible and
would look after your place very well.
If I do proceed in getting your place, do you have a landlord in your apartment
building that would be receiving the appropriate rent? I would not be comfortable
with sending money to someone I do not know well and is Overseas. I hope you can
understand that.
How come it has taken so long to find someone to rent your place? I am surprised
because It's amazing deal. If I can recall, the ad is from the end of March.
